July 05, 2008Back on track! Let's see if I can keep it that way.
Anyway, not much to say today. As I was lettering this week's strip, I was listening to a podcast of an AMAZING live concert by The Frames that I downloaded from NPR's All Songs Considered. (Side note: I had to turn it up REALLY loud to drown out the sound of all the stupid fireworks that my neighbors were lighting off last night.) So that's what inspired Craig's tee shirt this week.
The lead singer of The Frames is Glen Hansard, star of Once, an absolutely GREAT little film. If you haven't seen it, do so immediately. Then go buy the soundtrack. I promise, you'll thank me.
Anyway, hope you all had a safe and happy "America is the Bestest Country EVAR" Day (otherwise known as pretty much every single day here in the Midwest), aka the Fourth of July.
